How to send to email address that is not Admin

I am kind of new to this. I want the theme I am using (Goldy Mex) to send user emails to a different email address than the WordPress admin address. When I ask the creator he just wants me to give him WP-Admin access.

I am weary about giving out that level of access and would like to know where to look in order to use a second email address for visitors contacting the website.

  1. Not sure what you’re asking exactly? You seems to be asking 2 or 3 different questions:

“*where to look in order to use a second email address for visitors contacting the website*” – so you’re asking about a contact form? You can change that in the form settings.

“*theme creator wants admin access*” – there’s not really anyway around that. Create a new user with the Administrator role. When they’re done doing what they need to do, delete the account. It’s fine to give the theme creator access – they’re not going to do anything bad to your site – they’re a business owner and don’t want to get a bad reputation.

” *I want the theme I am using (Goldy Mex) to send user emails to a different email address than the WordPress admin address*” – I don’t know what you mean here. Your theme doesn’t send emails.
