How to set default/global Open Graph data for all pages?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a plugin or other way that sets a default/global Open Graph image and description for ALL pages, instead of dynamically generated ones.

In other words: I’d like to set Open Graph data once that is applied to all pages of my WordPress installation.

I looked online for this but I can’t find a way of doing this. Does anyone know a plugin or other way that does what is described above?
