What’s the best approach when rebuilding a website with WP when the hosted live site isn’t made with WP? Thank you in advance!
EDIT: \*hosted, not self-hosted
EDIT: I’m wondering if I should create a public\_html1 folder, install WP in it and create the site, then simply change the folder names when done. If that’s possible, are there relevant files in the live public\_html folder I would need? The current site doesn’t use database and all the files are just within public\_html. I’m just not sure if there were any necessary files in there prior to when the current website files were added. Thanks!
