How to shrink portfolio project titles?

I put all the books I published or are publishing in a portfolio and have them posted on my books page.

The title for each project/portfolio is HUGE. Bigger than any other words.

I’ve tried using a portfolio plugin (I tried a few) to manipulate things but that doesn’t seem to work so I uninstalled.

The CSS code recommended on WordPress’s forums didn’t see to work.

I’m self hosted (Siteground).

Theme is Astra

Any recommendations?
