How to switch to the default language

If you’re not displaying all languages, make sure you select French in the available languages:

General > Translation languages > Specific languages > French

Or you can display the translation banner:

Advanced > General > Other customizations > Translation banner > Don't display translation banner automatically

Also, does your plugin automaticly translate in the same language of the navigator ?

And then, does the paid version of your plugin allow to adjust translation ?
