If you are using HTML code in your header from WPCode you will not be able to directly translate that in WPML since the content of the snippet is loaded dynamically.
You might be able to do that if you use PHP code to output the text using translatable functions from WordPress but that might not work either.
I would also suggest reaching out to WPML support to check if they have a solution for this use case.
