How to trigger subscription pop up on a buttom?

Hello,

I have made Subscription button on my website, but I don’t know how to make it work. When I press the button I want to show pop up with Subscription sign up form.

I have email list with convertful plug-in, there’s some sub pop ups, but can’t make the pop up to show exactly when I press the button.

Is there someone who knows how to make the button work ?
