Yes, you can use custom HTML templates for WooCommerce emails.

We use the WooCommerce Email Template Core Function to send emails.To adjust the general appearance (colors, background, logo), you can modify the settings here:
Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails (scroll to the bottom).

Please note that these changes will reflect in all emails sent from WooCommerce.

If your custom HTML code appears broken, it might be due to conflicting styles or structure. Please ensure your HTML and CSS are correctly formatted and compatible with email clients.
