How Would You: Form to create list, lock info behind paywall?

I want to create a WordPress website. On the first page, let’s call it ‘Form’ page, I will have a form where people put what type of car they want (an example), their name and contact. In another page, I want to list the forms filled to be listed but hide the contact information. The contact information will be behind a paywall. Can this be done?

How would you do this with as few paid plugins as possible.
