How would you make a grid like this?

Hey Friends,
I came across this page which is built with [cargo.site](http://cargo.site) and I really like the irregular grid layout. How would you go about building this? Do you know of any plugins that could do this? I am using Elementor so if there’s anything compatible with this then that would be wonderful. But Im not against using some custom code either.
