HTML Code not populating in Elementor

Hello All!

I created a pop-up contact form for my organization’s website, and when I go to templates, pop-ups, create a new one and add the HTML widget in Elementor, nothing happens. It worked for a split second yesterday, but now it won’t do anything. What am I doing wrong? ([wordpress.org]) for reference)

This is the code I am trying to use. Constant Contact said I should just be able to copy and paste:
