Hello @krystall316,
The reported issue is most commonly caused by the inability of our plugin to detect the SSL correctly or if it’s unable to apply the necessary rules in the site’s .htaccess file. This can be caused due to a misconfiguration of the SSL, a plugin incompatibility or if the site is already configured to work over https:// via different means.
If you’re not a SiteGround customer – please make sure your SSL is properly installed, there are no other plugins which enforce https:// and your .htaccess is with the proper permissions and can be modified.
If you’re a SiteGround client, please reach our Support team from your Client Area and we will gladly look into this further.
Best Regards,
Gergana Petrova
