Would really appreciate any advice here, as I feel kind of at a loss here.
I recently built a website for a client. They’re really happy with it. I bought a theme to use for it that was Elementor-compatible and used Elementor to build it out. We launched the page and the client has been really happy until now.
Seemingly overnight, all of the theme-specific elementor elements have disappeared from the site. The theme developer had created some custom elementor sections to use in pages, and we used them in our site. Now, they’re all gone! These elements have disappeared from the live site and they’re not even an option in the website builder anymore.
We haven’t made any edits to the site yet, so haven’t done anything that I think would have caused this. I reached out to the theme developer but haven’t heard anything yet.
Does anyone have any advice here? I feel totally at a loss and so much of the website is gone 🙁
