I accidentally edited my page template. What do I do now?

Hi folks, I’ve been upgrading my WP site with a new block theme Lemmony. Before knowing any better, I edited the home page in the site editor instead of first creating the home page in the pages editor.

Is there any way to fix this issue, keep my current home page, but move it in to the pages editing area, and restore the original front page template?
