Hello, sorry for my bad English. It is not my native language.
Basically the idea is that I can create a long form with many fields and many conditions.

Conditions like for example add more fields dynamically:

\[add more\] (to add another name / age)

Or for example, depending on whether you click on an input yes/no, other fields will appear depending on whether you chose yes or not.

Then I would like to be able to export that data in some document like .doc etc, although I suppose that the data that you send in the form will be saved somewhere and I will be able to play with that, with another plugin for example.

cognitoforms.com is really powerful and has the repeating table rows/sections and conditional logic like you described and the option to export to a word doc.
It’s not a wordpress plug-in, but you can embedded it in your site so it looks pretty native.
