I am thinking about going with Jotforms over another WordPress form plugin like Fluent Forms or Gravity Forms

Are there any drawbacks to this? Should I just go with a plugin type form company. I know Jotforms has a plugin option but I would just embed it by Iframe. I am trying not to have to worry about an update to a plugin. Thoughts?
