When your feed is not showing any changes when you made configuration changes to it changes are big this is being caused by a caching plugin. Are you perhaps running a caching plugin or doing server-side caching?

Thanks for reply! Yes, I have WP Super Cache on my site but I did not do anything manually.
Can you make sure to clear all caching (flush it) and make sure that the feed URL’s are not being cached in future?
I just deleted and re-upload the plugin. It seems to work fine. Thanks!
