I cannot find Header Media on my website

Hi,

I run a blog – [evolutisblog.com]). It is running the Aspen Shaping Rain theme.

I cant see the header media section in : Appearance > Customize > Header. I googled about it and I don’t see the enable header media section option either

I would like to upload a header image to my blog.

What do I do?
