Hi, I have a WordPress account with my own domain and all, recently, without any change of configuration or else the website ([https://www.totikap.com/]) has become unreachable, i can’t even log in the account i was using to upload content. I’ve waited like two weeks because i thought it was because of a WordPress upgrade or something, but the situation has not changed. Every time I try to recover the account it says that the user exist and with the “I’ve forgotten my password”, I never receive the emails.

I’m really desperate because there were the photos of 30 years of my organization and losing this would be the same as loosing all the content. Sorry if this post doesn’t fit with the whole reddit intent and thanks for your time reading.
