I can’t access the product archive in Elementor

Hi, I have just purchased the Elementor Pro Essential package and for some reason I cannot use the woocommerce features. Last year i bought the same package for a different website and it worked normally. Has anything changed over that period and am i just making a mistake or will i have to upgrade my package?
