I can’t install Spectra Free since it’s missing a style css sheet. On WP there is an Spectra One available. What’s the difference?

I’m want to try moving away from Elementor and try the new block options. For a blog I found Spectra could be a good option, but I can’t install the zip file from [wpspectra.com])

I get ” The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. ”

There is no zip file inside the main folder so the only option would be installing Spectra One that’s available on wordpress. I want to know if that’s the same product or if Spectra is better, how can I install it.
