I can’t stop my website from caching

[ad_1]

I’m building a site where people can create their own posts to ask questions and share information on products, etc. In testing I’ve noticed wherever I create a new post or comment and refresh the page, the content disappears because the cached version of the page is being loaded. I know this because if I check incognito seconds later the content is there.

I’ve disabled caching on the server side, disabled caching on all my plugins that have it listed as a setting, and tried a half dozen different plugins that claim to disable caching. I don’t know how to fix it and even my developer is stumped. Any ideas?

Not a developer myself, but I’m willing to hire someone if they can help me figure this out.
