I can’t translate the two texts on the payment page

I could not find the following texts neither in loco translate nor in other files. Where can I find these texts?

• Use same address for billing
• Add a note to your order.

In addition, I could not find where to remove the button to enter additional address information under the address entry (button —–> +Add daire, süit vb.)
