I changed the home url and site url by mistake

You can change those back directly in the database by following this guide:

You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel.

I have found and opened phpMyAdmin, but have no clue as to what to edit. Could you be a little more specific? I did several searches for wp-config.php and it returned no results.

Once you have opened phpMyAdmin from your hosting account’s control panel, follow the steps linked to earlier from step 3 under “Changing the URL directly in the database.”

wp-config.php is not part of this process.
