Two days ago I got an error message on WordPress via email. (See below)
Basically, when I want to post, add a new post or go to the customize page, I get a blank page.
To make matters worse, Yesterday I pressed CTRL+ shift and another keyboard trying to fix it. Instead, it reset my customize default settings. So the logo on my homepage, the fonts, the colors I had are gone and I cannot access them. At least the site is working.
A few months ago I had an issue where the pictures on mobile devices looked distorted. I contacted my host provider and they told me that I needed to change my 2017 theme. I ended up fixing the issue myself by adding a custom css code.
I would like to get an opinion here before resorting to them again…. If I disable the plugins one by one, Will I be able to restore them as they were before?
Any help will be appreciated.
