I feel crazy, I’m setting up a Woo Store right now, for the first time, and I can’t find any physical product RETURNING functionality baked in, just refunding. Nor can I find much info online about it.. Am I missing something simple?

I have installed a Plugin that allows folks to start the refund process from their Orders paid which is an important functionality. However, I am not seeing in Core Woo or this Plugin anything about actually initiating physical product returns.

If I want to initiate a refund after someone requests one I need actually get my product back, not just give them their refund; ideally by emailing the buyer a return label (I dont need the process to be automated or anything).

If its really true that 30%ish of online ecommerce used Woo, why is this not a core feature & what is everyone else doing about this major issue?
