I have hundreds of post with images on a local WordPress installation. How can I export these posts and media to another WordPress installation WITHOUT entirely replacing/overwriting the new installation (the new installation has posts I need to keep)?

Title. From what I have seen most migration/backup plugins just overwrite the new site entirely. In my case I want to KEEP the posts on the new installation.
