Target people on Twitter who have a decent following and look at their websites. If they are low quality or outdated, send them a message on Twitter offering to improve results. Send at least 100 customized messages each day, no copy/paste.

Same thing with local businesses and Google Maps. You can review websites of local businesses, and when you come across shitty websites, offer to help them.

You need to be able to explain how your assistance will result in more customers or sales. ie. by improving SEO score, accessibility, page speed, the quality of the copywriting (the actual content), etc.

If the website already looks good, offer them a security audit & backup strategy that will protect them from hacking and downtime.
