Hi! So I’ve been using WordPress through Bluehost for almost a year now. And I know that because I just received my renewal charge. I’m being charged 150 dollars for ‘WordPress Basic Hosting’ and am super confused. I either didn’t pay attention or… I don’t know. This is my first time owning a website. Does this price seem about right?
While looking online to see if these charges were normal and, looking on Reddit, I saw person after person warning not to use Bluehost. I use Bluehost because my dad is in IT and recommended it. I should have done so much more research, I’m so dumb.
I’d like to know, should I change domain host? I know nothing about how you change host or what a better alternative would be, but I’d sure appreciate some help, because I wonder if I should have made a better choice. Thanks!
