So I’ve been adding their IP Address inside the discussions box of wordpress. But they somehow end up sending a new email with a different IP Address. I have no clue how to stop this?

I get some from binance as well like the one below:

Cloudflare WAF rules > Block Russia, and most of the other neighbouring countries, if you don’t need traffic from them. Cleantalk is great too – but at least with Cloudflare that traffic doesn’t even hit your server.
CleanTalk stops 99% of such garbage messages, at least for us on our sites.

Which form plugin are you using? Are you implementing recaptcha? Honeypot? Like one commentator said, you could use Cloudflare WAF or through your hosting company, use web rules to block a country or countries.
