Can I create this kind of website single product page with woocommerce? What I particularly like is that kind of transparent menu on the left side which contains a buy now button and product color and size buttons and covers part of another product image l. I know there are powerful page builders like Elementor, Divi, and the like, and I am curious about creating this kind of website with their help and other plugins without any code experience.
Please tell me if it’s possible to do and if possible how to do it

Try Divi BodyCommerce (by Divi Engine). They got some woocom based plugins. Just beware of the usual builder cons.
the blur/transparent part is css. the store itself would depend on wordpress/woocommerce
