I’m currently building my website on WordPress with the Ocean WP plugin and have a problem I’d like you to help me with. I want to add a black bar, on wich I will put social icons, to the background of my homepage, however I have not found a way to do this and search results are confused. Is there a Plugin that could help me? Or can I alter the css somehow? The Website has to be built using WordPress as part of a school project, so I can’t use other websites/software.
