I need tech support for my new WordPress site, please

Hello people of Reddit,

I hope you are well.

The WordPress ‘support’ forum has been of no use to me whatsoever. Please let me explain the problem I am having with my new website, and I’d be very grateful if anyone can help. My site is currently not live, as I need to resolve this issue first.

The problem is as follows:

Whenever I upload a new post onto my ‘Blog’ page, all of the free text on my ‘Home’ page (below my website title and my pages links banner) completely disappears.

As soon as I delete the blog post, the text on my ‘Home’ page all comes back.

I have tried searching high and low for an answer, but can’t find anyone who has had a similar problem.

Does my issue make sense? Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Please let me know if any more information is required. I am very new to this.
