I need to display a header that changes what it says every week, in a 4 week cycle. Any plugin or simple PHP recommendations?

I need to basically say “we are currently in ‘week one’ “, and the next week it says ‘week Two’, up the ‘week Four’. Then it would just cycle back to ‘week one’, triggering weekly on Wednesday.

Is there a plugin that could nail this? Or any ideas for writing it in PHP? (I’m not good at php but I can get shit done when I need to..)
