I need to REcreate a WordPress website from only FTP backup, there is no SQL or cPanel info added. Is it possible?

My previous hosting provider is out of the business and I could only get the FTP backup of the website. I have all the files except for a SQL file or cpanel info. My new hosting provider let me know that I need to make the installation from zero, but would it be possible to save the website in any way?
