The problem you described indicates a caching problem. As most cache works the way that they display the live results for the logged in users, otherwise the cached results.
Clearing the cache will fix the problem.
Note: if you don’t have an cache plugin installed on your site, then most likely your server host has a built in cache. To figure out how you could clear that cache, you should get in touch with your host.
