I paid for PRO version and havent received anything

Hello

I paid for the PRO version 4 days ago (Oct 15th 2023). You sent me a link to download the PRO version, however, same case from previous user, the link is not working

I already contacted you thru the link you provided to people who is having this issue and and still I haven’t heard from you guys.

I already tried to contact you 3 times thru that link and still no answer. Reading the previous posts It seems like this is a common issue. Please let me know how we can resolve this.
