I did the dns thing from my domain hosting.
But I noticed my site emails stopped working.
I am not knowledgeable about this dns, mx thing.
What to do to fix it? I have several important contact forms there that stopped working.

It might take some time to propagate. Cloudflare is just a filter between your site and hosting and typically doesn’t affect email…
When you mean DNS thing, you mean nameserver changes correct?
