  1. I guess you let your WordPress site die over time. Since you cannot log in, it was not updated and someone just exploited a vulnerability. It could most probably be fixed. If you need help, DM me.

  2. Should be able to access phpmyadmin through cpanel. All texts of pages should be found in wp_posts table.

  3. You can deactivate all plugins in the active_plugins table within the wp_options table to see if that at least allows the page to show to start troubleshooting.

    If you used a plugin for the wp-admin change, this will hopefully let you log in. Then start activating the plugins one by one (except for the wp-admin change) to at least view the page content to start rebuilding.

    Just be sure to make a DB backup just in case.
