I have a lot of websites running on Elementor, unfortunately I didn’t cancel one of my subscription on time. I opened a ticket but they will not do a refund. Because this can be done when buying for the first time in 30 days only. Unlucky this is my 4th year with a expert pro license. But they want to offer me to transfer the license to somebody else.
