I’ve used wp bakery and leadinjection to create a website however it doesn’t load. It only loads when one is inactivated. However when one is inactivated, the website looks weird.
Have you enabled debugging or checked the Console? Basic troubleshooting is required is something “doesn’t work”.
if two plugins are incompatible and you’re not/you don’t have a developer, you don’t really have any options.
First, I would make sure that the plugins are updated to the latest: it may have been addressed. If they are the latest, your only option would be to contact BOTH plugin support, let them know that their plugins are incompatible. If you’re lucky one of them will update to make sure they are compatible.
If you want a solution now/asap, you will just need to find a developer to look into it and/or find alternative plugins.
