Learning WordPress development, then asking for a theme is counterintuitive. Make your own theme, don’t use plugins to bloat your system. Despite what every “SEO Expert” will tell you, plugins aren’t needed for SEO. Find yourself a CSS framework, start building your theme from scratch, you’ll learn more that way.
