  7. I’m in the process of doing the same. I used LocalWP to install everything. Started working on the design in Figma so it will take some time to learn everything. But LocalWP went very smoothly. Use it together with Visual Studio Code.

  8. Yes. Use LocalWP (don’t use XAMP or something else if you are a beginner). You can download get a backup of your entire files and data and dump them onto a real live website.
