I want to transfer my Vault theme to another WordPress site

Hey, so I’m thinking of transferring my existing Vault theme that’s live on my WordPress site to a new one I’m building. If I do this, will it affect the current website it’s linked to? Just want to know if I need to purchase another livense or if I only need to do that if I’m editing sites simultaneously. Thanks!
