I would like to know how to achieve a “One Page Portfolio Vertical Scroll”

I’d like to know if anyone has suggestion on how to achieve something like this :

I have everything setup about Custom post for creating and storing Portfolio Items.
But I was wondering how I can achieve this animation / navigation :
Vertical scroll through each Portfolio post and then horizontal scroll for more information and more assets about the portfolio item.
I imagined using a popup system rather than a direct horizontal scroll after you click on one item. But the main idea is there.

I’d like to use Elementor, but I’m not sure that Elementor is my best option. Maybe with Revolution Slider or something similar ?
Any advice ? What plugin / page builder / tools should I use ?
