This seems to be a permissions issue with the feed. When you put the URL into your browser it’s downloading an .ics file for you, but I am guessing that’s because you’re already logged into your webmail in your browser. When I try loading this feed URL in a browser, it kicks me to a “Webmail Login” screen.
You’ll need to investigate whether or not this program lets you make your calendar feed publicly available.
Alternately, if it supports basic authentication (unlikely, as that’s an older and less-secure technology), ICS Calendar does have an option for that:
Thank you. You are quite right! Although I closed my browser window my browser still thought I was logged in. I’m guessing then it’s not a public calendar and will look into this. I did note the older auth method and read that in the documentation. It may be a work around that I will try. Thanks again for the prompt response.
