If a Post is in Category 1, also add it to Category 2 and 3?

Hi everybody,
i’m writing on a beauty blog and there are posts added in “All Skintypes”. Is there a way to automatically add other categories when “All Skintypes” is selected? Like “Combination Skin”, “Oily Skin” – all of them of course already in use.
