When I check the developer console, I see that the Rocket Loader is active on your site (rocket-loader.min.js).
GiveWP does not play nice with Rocket Loader, and this feature needs to be deactivated for GiveWP to work.
Let me know if deactivating the feature fixes the issue you are facing.
