I’m currently staying in a developing country and I’m totally broke at the moment. I’m trying as much as possible to preserve what I have for living expenses.
Pretty sure you can’t on free accounts because many mailer plugins/services require to send an email for confirmation. I would be very surprised if a free account on wordpress allowed you to send out an email using sendmail/smtp.
