I’m having som issues with meta descriptions.

I was using free Yoast plug-in, and according to it, I had "green" posts; but semrush was telling me that I was missing meta description in many of those posts, I contacted semrush and they sent me the code of my posts in which I was missing meta descriptions. How Can I solve this?
